When you return for your implant placement appointment, making you comfortable is our priority. Dr. Fleming uses a combination of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and local anesthetic to keep you relaxed and pain-free throughout treatment. Following this, he’ll complete any preparatory procedures, as necessary. These may include tooth extractions to make room for implants as well as bone grafting, which rebuilds and strengthens your jawbone so that it can support implants.
